CONCRETE
LIFTING & LEVELING
Don't Replace It Raise It!
Uneven concrete slabs are a nuisance for homeowners and are usually caused by shrinkage or changes in the soil. These can be signs of a larger structural issue and should not be ignored. Not to mention, uneven slabs leave homeowners and property owners open to liability due to trips. Don’t avoid the issue. Getting your concrete slabs repaired as soon as possible prevents the problem from getting worse, ensures safety, and eliminates the risk of further structural damage.
Raising concrete is what we do best at On the Level Concrete Solutions. The process is done by drilling small holes through a concrete slab, then injecting an expandable polyurethane to fill voids and raise the slab back to its original grade and alignment with surrounding surfaces. Best of all, the clean up is in minutes not hours. Lifting and leveling slabs is much less costly than replacing them altogether.
On the Level Concrete Solutions uses the polyurethane concrete raising method because the holes are smaller than the mudjacking method and the concrete repair is less noticeable when completed.
Benefits of Polyurethane
-
Cost Effective. Concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the concrete. Ultimately, the cost of raising or stabilizing concrete is a direct reflection of how much leveling material the project will require.
-
Clean Work Environment. No concrete or mudjacking. Minimal patchwork needed. grout splatter and no wash down needed. No heavy equipment driving through landscaping.
-
Lightweight. The Polyurethane material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about two pounds per cubic foot, compared to traditional mudjacking material which weighs on average 100 lbs per cubic foot.
-
Time. Ready to use immediately
-
Smaller Holes. Polyurethane concrete raising requires nearly invisible ⅝” holes (size of a dime) drilled and the process calls for considerably fewer holes than traditional
-
Adaptable. Polyurethane foam is a top-of-the-line material, designed specifically for different concrete applications. It allows us to easily adjust our approach to your needs.
-
Environmentally Friendly. HMI polyurethane foam leaves the smallest carbon footprint in comparison to ALL other concrete lifting polyurethanes
